Our commission is the lowest in the industry. But how can we afford to do that? We offer (sellers) just 1.99% to 3.99% commission. While other brokers charge sellers from 5.00% to 10.00% commission. They also charge sellers for helping sell their real estate. We don’t charge sellers a single penny to help sell their real estate. Other brokers charge (buyer fees) from 3.00% to 5.00% commission. That means buyers have less money to offer the seller. We don’t charge buyers at all. That’s right. We work FREE for buyers. So, how do we do it?
One of the reasons we can offer such low fees is because we don’t have brick-and-mortar locations. We are not a big brokerage conglomerate with huge, ever-increasing office rents to pay. Of course, that cost is ultimately passed along to you in the form of higher commissions. We operate from a local Bergen County home/office location. Yet, we serve 26 eastern states through smart-marketing technology. As such, we market directly to dentists… a database of over 117,000 dentists. A much more efficient and productive way to generate sales. And yet another reason almost every practice on our website sells.
Another reason we can offer such low fees is because our brokers do not receive salaries. Not only do each of our brokers have 30+ years’ experience in the industry, but they only get paid when your practice sells. In the meantime, other brokerage firms have to pay their employees’ salary, bonuses, healthcare, benefits, vacation, profit-sharing, pension, etc. No wonder their commissions are so high. Their overhead makes it almost impossible for them to charge you a reasonable commission. So, it may not be greed. But rather, survivability.
